Thank you for choosing Leadfication services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and subscription cancellations. By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Subscription Cancellation
1.1 Self-Service Cancellation
- Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard.
- Upon cancellation, customers will retain access to the service until the end of their current billing period.
- No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days in the billing period after cancellation.
1.2 Automatic Renewals
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
- To avoid being charged for the next billing period, customers must cancel their subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Standard Subscription Refunds
- We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase date.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.
2.2 Annual Subscription Refunds
- Annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion.
- After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
2.3 Enterprise Plans
- Custom enterprise plans are subject to the specific terms outlined in the signed agreement.
- Standard refund policies may not apply to enterprise customers.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Add-on services once they have been delivered or initiated
- Setup or implementation fees
- Subscription fees beyond the refund eligibility period
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
4. Refund Process
4.1 How to Request a Refund

- Include your account information and the reason for the refund request.
- All refund requests will be reviewed within 3 business days.
4.2 Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Service Downgrades
- Customers may downgrade their subscription to a lower-tier plan at any time.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No partial refunds will be issued for mid-cycle downgrades.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service. In such cases:
- No refunds will be provided.
- Access to the service will be immediately revoked.
