Display Rules

Display rules control where, when, and how your popups appear. Open the popup editor and go to the Options tab to configure them.

Pages to Display the Popup

Choose which pages of your website will show the popup:
  • All pages - The popup appears on every page of your site
  • Some pages - Only on specific pages you define by URL
  • Contains - On any page whose URL contains a specific word or pattern (e.g. "products")

Pages to Exclude

Toggle Add pages to exclude to prevent the popup from appearing on specific pages. Enter the exact URL of each page you want to exclude (e.g. https://www.mysite.com/contact).

Show On

Choose which devices display the popup:
  • Desktop + Mobile - Show on all devices (default)
  • Desktop only
  • Mobile only

Behavior

  • Allow users to close the popup - When enabled, a close button is shown
  • Show popup only one time - Once a visitor has seen the popup, it won't appear again on future visits

Timing

  • Delay - How many seconds to wait before showing the popup after the page loads. Set to No Delay to show it immediately
  • Duration - How long the popup stays visible. Set to Forever to keep it until the user closes it, or enter a number of seconds
